As a consumer, why you can no longer buy product directly from FitPAWS?
Effective January 1, 2019, FitPAWS will no longer sell directly to the consumer however, we do have all distributors and dealers listed on our website and you may reach out to directly to them to make a purchase. At this link Where to Buy Page, you can find a dealer closest to your location. If there is no dealer close to you, feel free to purchase from our online retailers – Click on Logos on Where to Buy Page.
Is a resale license required to become a FitPAWS dealer?
Yes, a resale license is required to become a FitPAWS Dealer and unfortunately, we cannot make any general exceptions to not having a resale license on file. If your account is exempt, we ask that you send us the relevant information for review. State’s issue resale licenses to businesses and individuals involved in selling goods and services subject to sales tax. The license enables a business to buy wholesale goods for resale without paying sales tax. In turn, the state requires the business to report regularly on sales tax collected and pay it to the state. State’s that are exempt from obtaining a resale license are Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon.
This is NOT required for International Dealers.

Is there a suggested selling retail price?
FitPAWS provides a “suggested” retail price however, our dealers and distributors can sell FitPAWS at whatever price they desire.

What is the difference between Dealer Central and Your Personal Dealer Log In?
Dealer Central is a page for Dealer Resources (Images, price list, banners, usage guidelines etc.) Link here – Dealer Central

Your Personal Dealer Account Log is for Purchasing product and that log in is at the top every page next to the green search box or access here: www.fitpawsusa.com/my-account/
NOTE: Your log-in is your e-mail and if you forgot the password, you can reset at the log-in page.
Will FitPAWS drop-ship on the Dealers behalf?
FitPAWS will drop ship product on behalf of our dealers, however all orders must be placed online by the Dealer with the correct ship to address. Dealers assume ALL shipping charges. Dealer places the order online and in the “ship to” area – enter the customer’s name and address that you would like us to drop ship to.

Can I store my credit card info on the website?
For security issues, FitPAWS website will no longer store your credit card information on the website. You will have to add credit card info at checkout for each order.
Will you be able to provide dealers with marketing materials?
FitPAWS will continue to provide marketing materials to all Dealers within the Dealer Central site.

FitPAWS Coupon Codes – Since we sell through 3rd party retailer our old discount codes will not apply to their website; (discount codes on FitPAWS site has been discontinued, however, if you would like to become an official FitPAWS dealer we offer Dealer pricing on all FitPAWS products at no minimum purchase amount. You can check our Where to Buy page to see if there are any other dealers in your area. You can also find our products on our 3rd party ONLINE retailers’ websites (these are Distributors if there is not a FitPAWS Dealer in your area)
Can I purchase FitPAWS product at a show?
From the FitPAWS calendar you can see a list of shows, we occasionally will sell products at trade shows, but you can find our products online on the Where to buy page – Online dealer logos are at the top of the page. (International at the bottom of page)
Will the FitPAWS website still be available?
The FitPAWS website will still provide absolutely everything it does today (product details, exercise ideas and infographics, Dealer & Distributor locations, exercise videos, Dealer Central etc…)
