Why is there a $15 Fee for call in and email orders?

For security purposes our system is set up for for website orders and call in/email orders require additional security procedures and set up.

Simply place your order online.  You can order with or without an account, however at the time of checkout it will give you an option to create an account.

How Does FitPAWS Calculate Shipping Charges?

Shipping  is based on LIVE UPS Rates – See FULL Shipping FAQs for Dealers

Our system does UPS Live shipping rates based on your location (You pay exactly what we ) *plus oversize shipping charges, if applicable. Shipping and Handling charges are per address for standard UPS Ground delivery in the contiguous United States (UPS does not ship to PO boxes). Shipping charges are non-refundable. Sorry, no C.O.D. We ship UPS, so please do not use PO Boxes. Please also call for information regarding expedited shipping.

Do you ship international?

A: Yes. You must e-mail in your order to dealers@fitpawsusa.com with Shipping address and order information.  We will give you a shipping quote and you will receive instructions for payment on PayPal.  Your shipping costs may be less if you find an International Distributor near you.


Is The FitPAWS® website secure?

Your privacy and security are very important to us. That is why we use a trusted GoDaddy Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate on this website. When you are on a secure page where we are requesting information from you, you will see https//:www.fitpawsusa.com/… in the prefix of the URL at the top. The “s” or the “lock” means secure. This assures you that your information is being transmitted to us securely, and your privacy is protected.


What Is Your Return Policy?

FitPAWS® products are guaranteed to be the highest quality available. However, if you’re not 100% satisfied or your product is defective we will replace it or refund your money within 30 days of the date of purchase.   You must contact us within 30 days of purchase. FitPAWS® Warranty

Limited Warranty – *Please Note: As of January 1, 2019  FitPAWS 30 day Warranty supersedes any previous arrangements, user guides, packaging, pamphlets etc.
FPW International LLC warrants to the original purchaser that this product shall be free from manufacturing defects for a period of thirty (30) days from the invoice date. If your product shows signs of defective manufacturing during that time, please contact us at:

Your remedy under this warranty is limited to the replacement of your product by FPW International LLC, all shipping and return costs shall be at your own expense. If it is determined that your product shows signs of defective manufacturing, FPW shall replace such product within 30 days after receipt by FPW of the returned product. In the event the product is no longer distributed by FPW, FPW shall provide you with a comparable product, in its sole discretion. This warranty does not extend to any defect or problem caused by the negligence of you or others, failure to use or maintain the product in accordance with the instructions furnished, unreasonable use or acts, accidents, alterations, or ordinary wear and tear.


 

How Do I Become a Dealer?

As of June 1, 2108 ALL NEW and EXISTING Dealers will be required to submit new forms. Resale Certificate Required as of January 1, 2019.
This is in effect for new ownership of FitPAWS. Updated forms needed to be a dealer under FPW International. New pricing, minimums and dealer practices as of January 1, 2019.
